What we do with your details
Short version: we keep what you send us so we can answer you, we pass it to a developer only when you ask us to introduce you, and you can have it deleted whenever you like.
What we collect
If you fill in the enquiry form: your name, email, phone if you give one, and whatever you write in the message, plus which page you sent it from and which parcel reference it was about.
If you sign up for alerts: your email and the areas you ticked.
If you message us on WhatsApp: whatever WhatsApp shows us, which is your number and your message. That conversation lives on WhatsApp's servers under their terms, not ours.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party trackers. Basic server logs exist, as they do on every web server.
What we do with it
We answer you. We keep the enquiry so that if you write again in six months we know what you were looking at.
If you ask us to introduce you to a developer about a specific parcel, we pass on your name and contact details to them, because that introduction is the entire service. We do not do it without you asking.
We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not add you to any list you did not ask to be on.
Where it is kept and for how long
Enquiries and alert signups are stored in this site's own database, on a server rented by Costa Rica Acres. Access is limited to the site owner.
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful, which in practice means a few years, and delete them on request immediately.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask you why.

This is a referral site. The developments belong to their developers; the commission is paid by the developer, not by the buyer.
